Physiotherapist David Hall and Psychologist Dr Ros Lethbridge combine to provide comprehensive stress management training focused on the workplace
For this training we recommend consecutive workshops of at least half day durations. This allows participants to use the strategies taught to them by Ros and David and follow up the results of this with the training group. Group sizes are flexible but ideally 12 - 20 people.
